Biography

Tom Woolrich is the Data Intelligence Manager at the Financial Times, a player-manager role, where he is responsible for a global analyst team covering digital analytics, reporting, and consultancy. The team plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the FT, helping shape its strategy and informing decision making in all areas of the organisation.

Tom has been working in analytics for over 10 years now, prior to joining the FT Tom led a team of analysts at omni channel retailers Go outdoors, Halfords & Wilkinson, utilising web, store & customer-level data to provide actionable insight and achieve commercial growth
