Biography

Rita has been dedicating most of her career exploring ways of getting to know the “why” behind things. Solidly backgrounded by a graduation in Social Psychology, Business Intelligence and Analytics fit the purpose like a glove, sustaining it all with evidence-driven methods and analytical rigor. Working for the Pharmaceutical Industry for over than 7 years, with a short detour to one of the Big 4 Consulting Companies, she is currently a Customer Insights Manager ensuring to convey critical information, accurate data and communication strategies altogether to that point where positive distinction is made in an increasingly customer-centric pharma market.
