Discount Deadlines
The Early Bird Savings deadline for Big Data Week Conference 2018 is September 7, 2018. 

Promo Codes
If you have a promo code, you must apply it at the time of your registration. Promo codes cannot be applied after registration if payment has been confirmed, and only one (1) promo code can be applied per registration. 

Transfers, Cancellation, and Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the organisers in writing by September 28, 2018. You will receive a refund for the tickets, less a £25 cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made after the deadline, as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee. 

In the event that Big Data Week London Conference is canceled by the organisers, only registration fees will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee. 

Registration Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You’ll receive a message as soon as your registration has been processed. 

Speakers & Sessions
The speakers listed on this website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications. We are constantly working on improving the quality of our events. If the opportunity arises we may add sessions and speakers to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you with a better product. 

Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Big Data Week London, the organisers reserve the right to use your photo in such materials and you hereby waive “moral rights” in such photos. You agree that any personal data you provide us will be handled in accordance with this Registration Policy and our Privacy Policy.
